• Field Management and Quality Control: Project management responsibilities include project inspections by staff and field supervisors, site visits by operation managers, ongoing field inspections of all employees, detailed documentation on all activities, and an on-call management team that is prepared to provide quick response to any project-related concern.
• Training: Dedicated, trained professionals and technicians are assigned to conduct initial training and ongoing refresher training. Performance Meter, Inc believes that beyond selection, training is the next step to ensure a successful project. Formal training can range from one to three weeks. After the last week, the employee is monitored carefully for the next 120 days.
