System Training

Effective onsite training is critical to the initial success of a new project. Performance Meter, Inc Trainers bring extensive field experience and proven teaching methods to your facility with the goal of creating onsite experts able to get the most out of your Performance Meter, Inc system. Training times are tailored to the needs of each customer. Typical EMR-only installations can be thoroughly trained in 2 days. AMR training is generally done at a later date to allow customers to first become completely comfortable with the foundational aspects of the system.

The Certified NetRadio Installer (CFI) Program is another example of Performance Meter, Inc training approach at work. Utilities will often supplement their own workforce with installation contractors for AMR installation. It is vitally important that those installers be trained in all aspects of NetRadio installation, system optimization and customer service. Performance Meter, Inc developed the program to ensure that installations are done right.
